Student profiles are loaded to their
preferred DHB employer webpage(s)
EMPLOYERS
DHBs can view the student profiles of
those who want to work with them
CONNECT
A connection has been made and
the interview process can begin
HR staff that download a KOH CONNECT member profile will be required to complete a simple online form indicating the outcome of the engagement for the member, ie, if they received an interview, if they were offered employment or if there were other circumstances and what the outcome was. HR staff will receive an automated email after downloading the profile.
HR staff will only be able to access the profiles of members that have nominated their DHB as a prefered employer. No information downloaded from KOH CONNECT is to be shared outside the HR team and the hiring manager.
