Only District Health Board HR staff nominated by their General Manager are able to access KOH CONNECT. This is to ensure Kia Ora Hauora is able to effectively support users and ensure the privacy and confidentiality of KOH CONNECT members is protected.

Effective monitoring of the outcomes for our members is critical to the success of KOH CONNECT to ensure our database is accurate and up-to-date. It will ensure that DHB HR teams receive the best possible service and don’t waste time accessing the profiles of members that are already in employment. This data is also vital to helping us understand how we can offer the best service and support to our members.

HR staff that download a KOH CONNECT member profile will be required to complete a simple online form indicating the outcome of the engagement for the member, ie, if they received an interview, if they were offered employment or if there were other circumstances and what the outcome was. HR staff will receive an automated email after downloading the profile.

HR staff will only be able to access the profiles of members that have nominated their DHB as a prefered employer. No information downloaded from KOH CONNECT is to be shared outside the HR team and the hiring manager.
